ABGame ships all over the world, all our shipments depart from our warehouse in Sassuolo (MO) - Italy.
The couriers used according to the country are: GLS, DHL, FedEx, SDA.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Italy: starting from € 6.90, free for orders over € 69.90
Europe: from €10.90, free for orders over €129 (free shipping not available in all countries)
United States: starting from € 19.90
Rest of the world: starting from € 19.90 (depending on the destination country)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the customer's connection location, it is possible to change the location by selecting the destination country on the top left, the shipping costs will update automatically.
Only one shipment is made for each order, if you are interested in products with different release dates and do not want to wait, we recommend that you order the products separately.
The goods are shipped from our warehouse and travel with insurance coverage for the full amount.
Delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative and are published in the order phase to the right of each courier, the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions or by act of authority, in any case are never more than 14 days.
Delivery times refer only to the time taken by the courier to deliver the order as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, within each product the order preparation times are indicated
Standard delivery will take place during the following hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, every day, excluding holidays, Monday through Friday.
No responsibility can be attributed to ABGame in case of delay in order processing or delivery of the ordered goods.
LOCK IN STOCK / ADD TO PREORDER (ABGAME)
By selecting this shipping method you have the possibility to add the products to a pre-order that you have already made previously or, alternatively, you can accumulate several orders at our warehouse and request a single shipment in order to save on shipping costs.
There are no constraints, when a product is stopped in our warehouse you will receive an email, just contact us (via email, chat, whatsapp, etc.) to request the shipment of the products we have reserved for you (you can request the shipment of all or even only some), we will notify you of the amount based on the rates listed above and then we will ship.
NB: The products can remain stationary in our warehouse for 6 months, once purchased and locked can not be in any way refunded, the only solution is the shipment of goods.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees due that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid at the time of purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on the thresholds.
Note: As a company we are unable to ship international orders as a "gift" or anything other than what you paid and all shipments must be declared as "merchandise".
Shipping times do not calculate any delays due to customs controls, in no way can ABGame speed up the process of verifying and releasing your orders.
To protect himself from economic losses, the customer must carefully check:
- 1) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note or on the transport document (DDT);
- 2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
- 3) Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "collection with reserve for damaged package" or "collection with reserve for open package" or "collection with reserve for packages . missing "on the appropriate accompanying document and must immediately notify ABGame so that it will be able to open the refund procedures.
If the customer does not perform this integrity check, ABGame will not be able to do anything to protect the customer from economic loss.
If the courier refuses to register the incident, it is possible to refuse the package, requesting the return to the sender for damage to the contents and immediately informing us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
It is possible to request that the delivery of the ordered goods be made to an address other than the billing address.
The destination request to another address can only be made at the same time as the order and must also be reported on the order confirmation.
If the different destination, due to an error, does not appear on the order confirmation, or the customer needs to request it at a later time, it will be necessary to request the reissue of the correct order confirmation by e-mail, to be sure that during order fulfillment phase, the alternative address is respected.
In the event that, for any reason, the delivery address other than the billing address does not appear on the order confirmation and the customer does not request the correction and consequent reissue of the order confirmation, the delivery will be made at billing address, disclaiming any responsibility for all that derives from it.
