In application of the tax legislation on VAT (DPR 633/1972), professional customers who carry out activities of professional resale of electronic products, computer or telephony; who buy cell phones (sold individually or with specific accessories) or processors and other integrated circuit devices; who buy the goods for purposes related to their professional activity; will purchase these products without adding VAT, which therefore will not appear on the invoice. In compliance with the above-mentioned regulations, these subjects must necessarily download and sign the self-certification form, attached below, in which they will certify, under their own responsibility, the existence of the above-mentioned requirements.

4. Errors on the site

5. Right of withdrawal

Once received the goods, ABGame will issue, after the positive outcome of the verification of the returned goods, a credit note of the full amount paid by the customer, net of expenses incurred.
If for some ongoing promotion or for any other reason ABGame has paid the customer part or all of the shipping costs, since this gift is still subject to the purchase, since the purchase has ceased to exist, by returning the equipment, the shipping costs already incurred by ABGame would be recovered and deducted from the credit note. If the customer has for example paid a commission of Euro 5.00, since the cost of shipping is Euro 15.00, ABGame will deduct the remaining Euro 10.00 on the credit note.
The credit note will be refunded within 48 hours, unless the Customer decides to purchase goods of the same amount or to keep the credit for future purchases.
Pursuant to art. 55 of the Consumer Code, for the application of the Right of Withdrawal, products and audiovisual software (including video games, both new and used) must be returned in their original packaging still sealed. For items with a SIAE stamp, the Product must also be returned with the SIAE stamp intact; Returns of products with a non-intact or missing SIAE stamp will not be accepted.
