Right of withdrawal

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

The return process is very simple; Just enter your customer area, access the order containing the product to be returned and request the return.

As soon as the return authorization is available, you will be sent an email to be printed with the form to be inserted inside the package.

Within the period of 14 days from the return request, all purchased products must be returned to the sender (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);

To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, whenever possible, to put it in a second box.

Attaching labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided in any case. In other words, everything must be done to ensure that the returned product is intact in all its parts, including packaging.

The credit note will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the return, net of charges incurred, and to the payment method used for the purchase unless the Customer decides to purchase goods of the same amount or maintain the credit for future purchases.

The return costs and the means to be used will be borne by the Customer and will not be compensated by ABGame.

We recommend that you insure the shipment and rely on a courier who issues the tracking code to avoid problems due to the loss or damage of the package.

If the customer wishes, we can arrange the collection of the return with one of our trusted couriers, in this case the amount of the shipment will be subtracted from the refund.

Free returns with PayPal

From today you can buy without worrying anymore! If you pay with PayPal in our shop you can make a return and PayPal will refund the shipping costs!

If the cancellation occurs after the shipment of the goods, the customer will still be required to receive the goods, subsequently requesting the return authorization.
It is not possible to refuse delivery as the order will be stored at the courier's warehouse and will not be automatically delivered to our warehouse.

The return of any defective product purchased on ABGame.it must be notified within a period not exceeding 7 days from the receipt of the order, by written request to info@abgame.it.

It is recommended to attach a photo of the defective product to avoid delays in resolving the incident.

Returns of goods in our warehouses will not be accepted unless previously confirmed by ABGame.

In any case, remember that to return the defective product it is necessary to keep the packaging and all that accompanies the product in perfect condition.

In case of receipt of goods that do not comply with the return conditions or damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund is denied.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the event of the supply of sealed audiovisual products, video games or computer software, opened by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal is lost due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases in ABGame you will find:

- Use of the goods and any consumable material, even partial.

- Lack or damage of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging

- Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...)

- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, ABGame will return the goods to the purchased sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.

The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal if he purchases for purposes related to his professional or professional activity or if he has purchased with VAT, with the relative invoice.
